The Role
Work within a team of approximately 25 Warehouse Employees based in our Distribution Center at Hume. This role is permanent full time and reports directly into the Warehouse Supervisor with dotted lines to the Distribution Manager. If you have experience in a distribution centre, can pick and pack with attention to detail and have used SAP before we would love to hear from you.
Multiple positions available. Day time shifts Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm, with a potential for nightshift positions 4pm to 11:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Storing;
* Picking and packing stock;
* This will include checking stock levels on Pick to Light system;
* Assisting in stock counts;
* Cleaning; and
* Other duties as directed.
Skills and Experience
* A forklift (LF) and or turret license (LO) is an advantage.
* A minimum of 1-2 years warehouse or distribution centre experience is required for this position.
* Experience in the use of Electronic Scan Guns would be preferential but not a necessity;
* The position is broad in scope and requires you to possess and demonstrate the following attributes;

* Self motivated and actively contributes to a positive, safe, working environment;
* Must be flexible to cross train or assist in other areas of the site, if requested;
* Good punctuality and attendance record;
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role.
