We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Support person to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our BDM’s day-to-day operations and business to business sales performance.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end back office sales and BDM support. You’ll establish relationships with buyers across various industries—ensuring that account sales run smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Quotes and Ordering
- Assist with customer quotations under BDM direction
- Place orders with suppliers and negotiate terms
- Research tooling for customer requirements
Customer Service
- Meet with clients instore during purchase and dispatch phases
- Liaise with clients over the phone
- Generate relationships with regular customers
- Follow up on overdue customer accounts
Order Collation and Dispatch
- Liaise with warehouse on delivery and dispatch
- Pick orders instore and prepare for shipping
- Book couriers and complete local deliveries
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in tooling or related industry
- Confident using Microsoft Office and accounting software (Pronto desirable)
- Accurate, organised and able to meet deadlines
- Great communication skills and a proactive attitude
- High level of discretion and professionalism
