We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our client's IT support team.
About the Role
This role is responsible for providing a range of frontline computing and audio-visual services, including customer support at any ITS service point, as well as assistance via email, in person, and over the phone.
* Provide information and advice on Information Technology Services policies and procedures
* Resolve a high percentage of incidents and enquiries at the first point of contact
* Receive and prioritise incident reports
* Log incidents in the fault tracking system
* Track incidents from report to resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
* Assist and instruct customers in the use of ITS equipment, resources, and facilities, including computers, audio-visual equipment, software, and systems
