Hotel All Rounder Job Summary
We are seeking a Hotel All Rounder to join our team. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
* Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, maintain accurate accounts, and take bookings.
* Offer helpful information, answer queries, and enter reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
* Address guest requests and complaints in a positive and professional way.
* Assist with food and beverage service and work in housekeeping to clean guest rooms and provide services.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hotel front office reception is desirable.
* Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills are essential.
* You should be positive, friendly, and guest-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, including weekends and holidays, is required.
* RSA qualification is necessary.
