Unlock Your Potential as an Occupational Therapist

Our Graduate Program is designed to provide a seamless transition into the workforce, with a comprehensive onboarding experience that includes regular supervision and ongoing support. You will be assigned a dedicated mentor to facilitate your integration into our team and receive fortnightly technical training to enhance your clinical skills and confidence.

Your Role

* Assist children in achieving their developmental milestones, including fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, essential for play, school, or independent activities (e.g., throwing a ball, getting dressed, holding a pencil or utensil)
* Educate and involve parents, carers, and other stakeholders to promote the development and learning of children
* Support children with developmental delays in acquiring everyday tasks (such as bathing, getting dressed, brushing their teeth, and feeding themselves)
* Help children with behavioral issues develop positive behaviors in various environments (e.g., instead of hitting others and acting out, using constructive ways to manage anger such as writing about feelings or engaging in physical activity)

About Our Grads

We are seeking talented individuals who share our passion for making a difference and delivering therapy as a fun, engaging, and meaningful experience for families. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and thrives in a dynamic environment that values fresh ideas and collaboration.

Requirements

* A degree in Occupational Therapy
* Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduation
* Recent graduates (within the last 12 months) or those graduating in 2025
* A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle and third-party insurance
* A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
* A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
* First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain one
* Exceptional communication and time management skills, with attention to detail

What We Offer

We provide a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development. As a member of our team, you can expect:

* Ongoing professional development and training opportunities
* Regular feedback and coaching to help you achieve your goals
* A collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and creativity
