About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients you provide sound administrative support around the lifecycle of home insurance claims, with a focus on offering high quality work in a high-volume environment. Your exceptional attention to detail, coupled with your superior customer relations skills will ensure your success in this busy role.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls via a switchboard
* Preparation of contracts, invoices and other relevant documents for building works.
* Scheduling assessments & inspections with our clients and estimators
* Accurately responding to enquiries and requests for information via telephone, email and online portals
Essential Capabilities and Behaviours
* Self-motivated and willingness to learn
* You will ideally have a confident personality that enjoys speaking to key customers
* Ability to adapt to change with high attention to detail
* High level of customer service
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience with subcontractors and suppliers, property maintenance or the public housing environment would be advantageous
