About Collins SBA
We're a leading Tasmanian financial services firm, based in Hobart, helping business owners gain clarity, confidence and control. We specialise in accounting, financial planning, and business coaching. Our culture is built on putting our team and clients first, achieving more together, and going above and beyond.
You get a quiet satisfaction from catching errors before anyone else sees them. You're the person colleagues turn to with tricky technical questions. You genuinely enjoy helping less experienced accountants level up their skills, and you're not too reserved to jump in, give feedback, and guide them through challenges.
You take pride in delivering work that's so complete, so accurate, it needs barely a glance before sign-off. The idea of handing your manager a job "on a golden platter" appeals to you because you care about quality, not just ticking boxes.
You're confident enough to lead a small team, but humble enough to keep learning. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
