Job Title: Human Resources Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service, interpret data, and support administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have prior knowledge and experience with SAP - Success Factors and Kronos, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Provide consistent, accurate, and timely advice and support to managers and employees.
* Understand and interpret all employment agreements in order to provide the necessary support.
* Coach line managers and employees on matters related to Kronos, contractual arrangements, and employment agreements.
* Support change projects to ensure stakeholders are well informed, timelines are met, and any risk identified is worked through.
Requirements:
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prior knowledge and experience with SAP - Success Factors and Kronos.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret information and data.
* Highly developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and control own workload.
