Remuneration : $1,543.04 - $2,283.96 per week 
About The Opportunity

The Campbelltown and Camden Hospital Pharmacy Service has an exciting opportunity for 2 x Grade 1/2 Pharmacists to join the team. We are seeking enthusiastic Pharmacists with a "can-do" attitude and a solid work ethic, who has experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting. 
What You'll Be Doing 
The Grade 1/2 Pharmacist provides a wide range of Pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients of the hospital, including dispensing, distribution and manufacturing services with a primary focus on clinical services and advanced practice. Promotion of both safety and quality as key aspects of drug therapy and Participation in quality improvement and professional development, as well contribution to education and supervision of other staff and students is also required. 
Where You'll Be Working 
Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals, part of the South Western Sydney Local Health District, work together to provide comprehensive healthcare services to the Macarthur region. 
Requirements 
- Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice. 
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff, and patients and carers. 
- Experience in the provision of clinical Pharmacy services preferably in a hospital setting consistent with the Standards of Practice of the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia. 
- Demonstrated competence in clinical drug knowledge and experience in applying that knowledge appropriately to clinical settings. 
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams. 
- Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and to supervise the activities of support staff. 
- Proven organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise according to organisational needs. 
- Demonstrated understanding and application of quality improvement methodology.
