About the Role
This position involves leading projects across various sectors, assisting organisations in implementing ICT and digital solutions such as infrastructure, cloud services, core business applications, and more.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, administration, resource, and vendor management, excellent communication skills, self-discipline, organisational skills, big-picture understanding, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Project planning, leading, organising, and control
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to ascertain resourcing requirements and perform scheduling
* Identification, monitoring, and reporting on progress of project milestones, tasks, and activities
* Creation and management of project issue and risk registers
* Facilitate requirements gathering & workshops
* Work with internal team members, customers, and vendors to develop documentation, business requirements specification, functional specifications, IT vendor requirements, Systems Integration Test scripts, and User Acceptance Test scripts.
* Liaising with multiple parties involved in projects at both commercial and technical levels
* Maintenance of project documentation
* Meeting organisation and minute taking
* Problem solving
A tertiary qualification in an IT discipline, PMBOK, Prince2, or similar certification, and current driver's licence with willingness to travel interstate are preferred qualifications for this role.
