Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Taree, NSW. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and lead the local team, ensure timely and efficient service delivery, and maintain relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, organizing equipment hire schedules, maximizing branch profitability, and upholding quality customer service standards. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety and company policies while identifying opportunities to enhance operations and grow the local business.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience in equipment hire, logistics, or a related industry is highly desirable
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Proficient in inventory management, scheduling, and operating systems
* Understanding of worksite equipment and its operational use is an advantage
* Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards
* Ability to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities
* Valid driver's license; HR/Truck and Forklift license is beneficial
