About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the property and lead the on-site team. This role offers full operational responsibility and long-term career development opportunities within a stable regional hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall daily operations of the motel, including front office, housekeeping and guest services
* Supervise, train and roster staff to ensure smooth operations and high service standards
* Oversee reservations, check-in / check-out processes and handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
* Monitor occupancy, pricing strategies and revenue performance to maximise profitability
* Control operating costs, manage inventory and ensure budget compliance
* Maintain strong communication with owners, suppliers and external partners
* Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety and hospitality regulations
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in hotel, motel or resort management or as a senior front office / operations supervisor
* Strong understanding of accommodation operations and reservation systems
* Excellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
* Strong customer service focus and professional communication ability
* Fluent English required; Mandarin language skills highly regarded
* Willingness to work and relocate to a regional tourism location
