We're looking for a Territory Manager who's ready to step into a territory with strong foundations and plenty of room to grow. Based in Newcastle, this role is suited to someone who's proactive, confident in theatre, and ready to make a real impact through clinical partnership and smart territory strategy.

What you'll be doing:
* Developing your territory with a clear growth strategy
* Supporting orthopaedic surgeons in-theatre with expert clinical guidance
* Building long-term partnerships with hospitals, surgeons and clinical teams
* Delivering on targets while staying focused on what matters—better patient outcomes
* Collaborating with a high-performing team who care about what they do and how they do it
What you'll bring:
* A proactive, self-motivated approach—you take initiative and get things done
* Confidence in navigating complex or high-pressure situations with empathy and clarity
* Great communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to learn fast and apply feedback
* Sales or clinical experience is highly regarded, but we'll support the right person with the right mindset
