About the role
Reporting to the project senior manager and digital lead, you will help define the future content design vision and proposition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Marketers, Product Managers and Developers to lead and shape content design and UX writing practices to ensure content is planned and delivered effectively when developing a new digital product or service.
2. Lead the creation of digital content, interface copy and micro-copy for digital assets that meets project goals and is aligned to experience vision, design principles, content strategy and brand.
3. Contribute to defining and documenting the future state vision and value proposition for content design using member design thinking and innovation methodologies.
4. Champion and coach the team in implementing Plain English and accessibility best practice and principles to inform and create clear, inclusive and readable content experiences across sales and service journeys.
The ideal candidate
5. You have a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent and years related digital content design experience, as well as experience in core skills such as UX writing, content audits and analysis, content mapping and modelling, content planning and sourcing, conversational design.
6. Demonstrated experience in understanding SEO, Adobe, and using standardised dashboard to inform strategies.
7. Strong understanding of user centric design and content principles, and key website accessibility
8. Copywriting experience ability to reshape content and design
