Responsibilities
* Ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee wages and related company payments.
* Maintaining and updating employee records, including salary adjustments and leave balances.
* Supporting month-end and year-end payroll reconciliations.
* Providing exceptional customer service to staff and management regarding payroll matters.
* Responding to payroll-related enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Assisting with process improvements, automation and simplification initiatives.
* Performing general payroll administration and data entry tasks.
Requirements
* Previous payroll processing experience (essential).
* Strong understanding of payroll procedures and related documentation.
* Experience using payroll systems.
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on solutions and process improvement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
