The Role
This position involves processing timber for the manufacture of crates used to supply windows, doors, screens, showers, and robes to remote builders. The role also includes revealing of windows and doors.
No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, applicants with experience in the following will be highly regarded:
- Cutting treated pine timber using a drop saw
- Operating a nail gun and staple gun
- Forklift operation
The Applicant
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks safely
- Previous experience in revealing or timber processing preferred
- Reliable and punctual with robust work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills for safe and effective collaboration
