The Position – Team Manager | Torney Team

As the Scott Torney Team continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and energetic Team Manager to support Scott and help drive the next stage of his success across Adelaide's Southern Suburbs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a high-performing, people-focused team.

Working closely with one of Noakes Nickolas most trusted agents, you will play an integral role in supporting day-to-day operations, enabling growth and contributing to the continued success of a thriving real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Coordinating a high-performing sales team operating within the Southern suburbs

Daily communication with clients, trades and the styling team to ensure a premium client experience

Leading and driving daily team meetings

Managing administration processes from appraisal through to settlement

Liaising with conveyancers to prepare documentation prior to sale and settlement

Preparing sales contracts, addendums, and sales agency agreements

Organising and executing marketing campaigns and timelines for vendors

Entering open inspection schedules and keeping vendors informed

Preparing Open Inspection and Auction packs for the agent

Coordinating property settlements, including preparation of keys and settlement gifts

Preparing and sending sales proposals and pre-list kits on behalf of the agent

Driving and maintaining the team's business plan

Diary management for all team members

Monitoring and driving the team's KPIs

Assisting with out-of-office activities such as letterbox drops, sold stickers, proposals, and thank-you-for-listing gifts

Experience

Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the real estate industry are key to success in this role.
