Pharmacists play a vital role in ensuring safe and effective medication use. As a clinical pharmacist, you will work closely with interdisciplinary colleagues to provide generalist clinical pharmacy & medication management services via an established rotation program. Your responsibilities will include utilizing supervision & feedback skills, overseeing and guiding the practice of pharmacy interns and students on placement, providing education & training inside and outside the pharmacy department, and acting as a representative and subject matter expert on relevant working groups and committees.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in weekend/public holiday/on-call rosters after a suitable period of orientation & training
* Routinely utilise your supervision & feedback skills, overseeing and guiding the practice of pharmacy interns and students on placement
* Provide education & training inside and outside the pharmacy department
* Act as a representative and subject matter expert on relevant working groups and committees
