Project Delivery Expert
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the successful delivery of a commercial project in Bunbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management or administration and excellent organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of all aspects of project delivery from planning through to completion.
* Management of budgets, schedules and contracts to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Liaison with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors to coordinate works.
* Preparation and review of tender submissions, progress claims and project documentation.
* Leadership of project teams, monitoring of site performance, and upholding of safety, quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* A background in commercial construction project management or administration.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
