About the Role
Step into the season in style with Platypus Shoes at our
Traralgon
store! As a Christmas Casual, you'll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year.
From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and outstanding people, you'll fit right in.
Responsibilities
Create a standout experience for every customer - make it memorable
Support your team to smash sales and KPI goals
Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
Keep the store looking fresh and tidy
Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift
Qualifications
Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
Retail experience is great, but not a must
Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
