- Based in North Brisbane
**About Our Client**:
A lot of the time, this role will demand a high volume of calls to be answered amongst the team, so we are looking for someone who can multi-task whilst still providing excellent customer service.
This position plays a critical role in making sure we delight our customers, making sure the right product is delivered safely and on time to customers.
- Ensure a seamless high standard of service to our customers
- Investigate, resolve and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Provide proactive communication and negotiation regarding deliveries and transportation issues
- Support other business areas with queries regarding product availability and invoicing
**The Successful Applicant**:
- At least 2 years prior call centre or phone based customer service experience
- Experience in transport or logistics industry an advantage
- Excellent problem solving skills and written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise under time pressures
- Strong team focus and ability to build relationships with people quickly
- Valuable IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally experience with an ERP system (SAP an advantage)
- Good verbal and written skills
