Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have an amazing experience.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Providing a high standard of customer service
* Processing guest check-ins and outs
* Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Coodinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supplying guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Completing day-to-day office administration
* Maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
* Pastion for delivering exceptional Guest experience
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current drivers licence essential
