What you'll be doing
Providing knowledgeable and personable sales support to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and services
Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and relationship-building
Maintaining up-to-date product and industry knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Assisting with inventory management and stock control to ensure availability of products
Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or services industry
Minimum of 3+ years of sales or customer service experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills to provide tailored solutions
Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to team success
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for this position
