You will work alongside the Marketing & Communications Manager to bring our voice to life across the digital world. We're looking for a proactive marketer ready to dive into paid ads, craft engaging email campaigns, spark social media interactions, boost SEO and create compelling content.
The position requires someone with a strong background in marketing who can manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
* Write engaging, on-brand copy across digital platforms.
* Curate and create online content that resonates with our customer base.
* Plan, create and optimise ads on Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
* Conduct A/B testing and define audience targeting.
* Support campaign strategy and reporting.
* Design and send engaging campaigns via Klaviyo.
* Maintain email lists and monitor performance.
* Assist in updating product pages and ensuring site health.
* Create SEO-friendly content and optimise meta tags, headings and descriptions.
* Help bring events to life – from trade shows to product demos.
* Support broader campaign planning and rollouts.
* Manage marketing calendars and conduct light market research.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in a marketing role or agency setting.
* Solid Adobe Suite skills (especially Illustrator & Photoshop).
* Hands-on experience with SEO, Google/META ad campaigns and social media strategy.
* Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities – you know how to write with flair and purpose.
* Highly organised, self-motivated and confident juggling multiple projects.
* Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
* Eligible to pass State & Federal Police checks.
* Australian Citizen and eligible for Defence security clearance (Baseline/NV1).
* Willingness to train and comply with ITAR and FCPA requirements.
