We are seeking a skilled Partnerships Coordinator to play a key role in the growth of our commercial operations.
This exciting opportunity will involve driving new business through proactive sales of corporate hospitality and entry-level partnership opportunities, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and providing high-quality account management and ongoing support for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through corporate hospitality and partnership sales
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
* Support the development of tailored partnership proposals, presentations, and contracts to meet client needs
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity, data, and reporting to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver game-day and event activations that showcase partner benefits
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within a sporting environment
* A degree in Business, Sports Administration, or a related field (preferred)
* High levels of organisation and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work flexibly, including some weekends and evenings for events
* A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
