Our supported independent living accommodations are available across Adelaide Metro's North and North Eastern suburbs. We have multiple casual positions available for Support Workers.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will facilitate independence, skill development, and community engagement through a person-centered approach.
Duties Include:
* Personal care and adherence to clients' care plans
* Medication Administration
* Bowel Care
* General assistance with daily activities
* Lifestyle support – shopping and meal preparation
* Encouragement and support to realize goals; Empowering clients to make decisions and choices
* Community Participation and engagement
* Accurate record management

Individuals who share common interests such as bowling, swimming, art and craft classes, beach activities, or sporting events are highly valued.
Desired Skills And Experience
* Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support, or similar community services qualification
* Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or DHS Disability Screening
* Reliable car and full South Australian driver's licence

Remuneration Package And Benefits
Your remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading, and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5,000. Additional benefits include meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, private novated leasing, and additional superannuation contributions.
