Join our Accounts Payable team playing a key role in supporting the smooth financial operations of the business. This 12 month maternity cover opportunity is based at our Sunshine Coast office in Forest Glen and is ideal for individuals with prior Accounts Payable experience. An ideal start date for this role is mid-January to early February.
About The Position
The day-to‑day activities will involve high-volume data entry of invoices, compiling supplier dockets with corresponding invoices, account reconciliation, providing backup support to Reception, liaising and supporting project teams resolving account queries and ad‑hoc administrative tasks. This is a full-time permanent position, working hours will be Monday‑Thursday from 08:30am to 5:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
About You
You'll be self‑motivated, process‑driven with focus on attention to detail and getting things done. Recent experience in a high‑volume, repetitive data entry role. A solid understanding of basic accounts payable principles. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly attitude. Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient skills in computer programs including Microsoft Office. Experience with Viewpoint software will be highly regarded.
