The organization is looking for a creative APS6 Multimedia Learning and Communications Specialist who can bring ideas to life across digital platforms. We are seeking a talented professional to design, develop, and deliver high-quality communications, video, and photographic content that supports learning programs and internal engagement.

Responsibilities
Communications Deliverables
* Plan, design and deliver communication products across intranet, website, LMS, newsletter and social channels.
* Develop promotional material and online publications for learning programs.
* Draft, edit and publish content for digital channels, presentations and internal platforms.
* Partner with internal teams to produce branded communications, announcements and collateral.
* Maintain and uphold branding guidelines and visual identity standards across learning areas.
Video & Photography Deliverables
* Work with subject matter experts and designers to conceptualise engaging video and photographic assets.
* Manage full video production lifecycle: scripting, filming, editing and post‐production.
* Capture high‐quality photographs to support learning content, promotional activity and internal communications.
* Ensure all visual content aligns with brand, accessibility and technical standards.
* Support seamless integration of multimedia content into online learning platforms and digital formats.
Experience Needed
* Strong background in communications, multimedia production or related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience producing content across multiple digital platforms.
* Skilled in video production, editing software and photography.
* Proven ability to manage creative projects end‐to‐end with tight deadlines.
* Excellent writing, editing and digital publishing capability.
* Strong understanding of branding principles and applying style guidelines.
* Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and internal clients.
