Job Title: Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is the primary contact between customers and our organization for service and repairs of vehicles, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt attention to customer needs.
* Act as the first point of contact, assisting customers in person or by phone.
* Determine customer requirements and communicate with the service team.
* Organize and follow up on guest vehicles throughout the day.
* Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
* Follow all required workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
* Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar automotive role is highly desirable.
2. A friendly approach and professional presentation are essential.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
4. Knowledge of the automotive industry is necessary.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
6. Sound computer literacy is expected.
7. Self-motivation, punctuality, and reliability are key attributes.
8. Full-time work over a 9-day fortnight & condensed work days.
9. Same weekday off each fortnight.
