Job Title: Team Leader Water and Waste Asset Management
As a seasoned leader, you will play a pivotal role in advising on the condition, performance, risk, lifecycle cost, and remaining lives of various infrastructure assets to drive informed decision making and achieve sustainable improvements in business outcomes.
You will be responsible for developing and prioritizing 10-year capital renewal and upgrade plans for diverse infrastructure asset types, as well as designing condition assessment programs and predicting either the probability of failure or the remaining lives of assets.
To excel in this leadership role, you will utilize statistical techniques to develop condition models that forecast asset degradation curves and provide guidance on asset maintenance, renewal, and upgrade requirements to optimize Infrastructure and Operations Division's operational efficiency.
As a mentor and coach, you will work closely with direct reports to ensure performance agreements and development plans are in place, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
The team consists of twenty-nine members, and this role involves developing and prioritizing asset renewal and upgrade requirements for various infrastructure asset types by balancing cost, risk, and performance, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality results.
