What is your role?
* As Senior Associate | Mechanical, you will combine technical delivery, team leadership, and client engagement. You will:
* Lead and mentor a talented team of mechanical engineers and designers, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.
* Oversee the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects, ensuring compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and sustainable design best practices.
* Collaborate with clients, architects, and other disciplines to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
* Support business development by strengthening client relationships, contributing to proposals, and helping secure new opportunities.
* Drive continuous improvement within the team, ensuring project delivery excellence across all stages.

About You
* Experience:
10+ years in mechanical engineering for building services, with strong project delivery experience.
* Leadership:
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
* Technical expertise:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sustainable design principles, NCC, and Australian Standards.
* Collaboration:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
* Commercial acumen:
Ability to support business development, contribute to proposals, and manage project delivery requirements.
