The position
As a Delivery Manager, you will be part of our Professional Services team and be responsible for leading projects implementing and delivering our spend management suite to our customers. You will be given large responsibilities from the very beginning, driving exciting and challenging projects.
Experience
* Significant experience with Medius solution within Accounts Payable Automation, specifically Procurement, S2C.
* Project delivery experience such as project management, application, and integrations with ERP systems.
* Experience managing and mentoring a team.
* ERP and accounting knowledge.
* Understanding of cloud software architecture and best-of-breed system integrations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance to local team to deploy Medius solution.
* Team planning.
* Provide team support for AP Automation, Procurement, S2C Management, Supplier Onboarding, and integrations with ERP systems.
* Process alignment per Medius global methodologies.
* Project setup, invoicing, and project controlling.
* Provide pre-sales assistance for integrations with ERP systems.
* Project delivery support to Medius partners.
* Internal support escalation.
* Ongoing onboarding of new modules/capabilities for delivery and support.
