We’re looking for a female support worker with complex care experience to join our values-driven team on the Sunshine Coast.
About the Role
We are looking for female support workers to support participants in multiple locations across the Sunshine Coast with high physical support needs, including:
* PEG feeding and mealtime management
* Full personal care (showering, hygiene, continence)
* Hoisting and manual handling
* Communication support (AAC, PODD, etc.)
* Medication assistance and clear, professional documentation
This is not a shift where you’re left to figure it out alone. You’ll work alongside a tight-knit, collaborative team that shares insight, plans together, and backs each other.

What You’ll Need:
* Female support worker (participant preference)
* Strong background in complex care desired (PEG, hoisting, AAC, personal care)
* NDIS Worker Screening + Blue Card
* First Aid & CPR
* Driver’s Licence + reliable transport
* A calm, professional approach with high attention to quality and compliance
