CELOTTI WORKFORCE seeks an experienced Site Administrator for a FIFO role in the Pilbara, WA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator looking for an opportunity to "make their mark" in a high-growth private company. Working an 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth, the role is a critical part of our team and will report to our Administration Manager. The core mission of the Site Administrator is to own the site-based administration responsibilities and provide high level admin support to Project Managers. This role offers significant career growth for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports Assisting Project Managers in all administration duties Assisting with Payroll Ensuring all site access requests are actioned as quickly as possible Ensuring mobilisations and site access requests are coordinated smoothly Actioning purchase requests Provisioning supplies Attending meetings and taking minutes where required Maintaining Personnel records Ensuring safety records are up to date Liaising with internal stakeholders such as IT, Payroll, Accounts Shutdown mobilisation and pre-start administration Onboarding personnel and verifying site compliance Managing timesheets, inductions, and sign-on/off registers Document control (tickets, medicals, SWMS, JHAs, permits) General site administration and reporting support Our Ideal Candidates: Proven experience in as a site administrator with an understanding of mining operations High attention to detail Data entry | Intermediate typing speed Ability to navigate between systems and processes Sound computer skills, intermediate across MS applications Be a strong communicator in both your written and verbal work Be able to work without supervision BHP or Rio Tinto Inducted (advantageous) What we can offer You?
