We will count on you to:
8. Conduct Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) advisory engagements focused on enhancing risk maturity in our client’s organisations, aligning strategies with the most effective industry practices.
9. Translate global risk management standards into actionable risk roadmaps to provide clients with concise and sustainable risk management strategies.
10. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through impactful communication, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique needs to effectively address their risk challenges effectively.
11. Project manage the execution of risk advisory projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
12. Develop comprehensive recommendations and solutions to optimise risk management using various formats including reports, presentations and webinars.
13. Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that allows you and the team to achieve their full potential.
14. Advise clients on implementing effective risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to enhance their overall risk management capabilities.
15. Lead projects of various sizes and complexities, collaborating with experts across Marsh McLennan to deliver exceptional results.
16. Stay informed and updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, and assist clients in complying with relevant laws and regulations.
17. Collaborate with senior management to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and engage in business development activities to expand the firm's risk advisory practice.
18. Stay updated with emerging risk trends and developments in the industry, actively contributing to thought leadership initiatives and knowledge sharing within the firm.
19. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk advisory service delivery, consistently improving client outcomes.
What we would like you to have:
20. 7+ Years’ experience working in risk advisory and/or internal audit within a Big 4 consulting firm.
21. Degree in Business/Commerce/Management.
22. Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CFE desirable.
23. Proficient in risk management concepts and processes (ISO, COSO).
24. Experience in leading team members and/or large client projects.
25. Experience in growing business.
26. A positive attitude with a proactive approach.
