We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager for our 145-bed residential aged care home - Derwent Views in Hobart, Tasmania. This opportunity requires an experienced Aged Care Manager who is also a Registered Nurse.
Requirements:
What you can bring to the role:
Demonstrated managerial experience in the aged care sector.
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Sound and contemporary clinical and operational knowledge.
Highly developed leadership, communication and change management skills.
The ability to relate to the elderly.
A pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrated organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
