We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join our senior management team. You will lead financial discipline, margin performance and systems control across the business.
This is not a bookkeeping role. This is a hands‐on finance leadership position with an oversight of operations. You will report to the General Manager.
Role
* Full finance function responsibility
* Drive margin improvement and pricing discipline
* Optimise cash flow, stock control and working capital
* Own ERP and reporting integrity
* Strengthen financial processes across sites
* Lead the administration team, 3 people
* Contribute as part of the senior leadership team
* Help continue to drive the business forward
You will work directly with the Managing Director, General Manager and Site Managers to improve commercial performance.
What We're Looking For
* Management Accountant or SME Finance Manager background
* Experience in a multi‐site, inventory or trade‐based business
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in multi‐site, inventory or trade‐based business environments
* Strong understanding of margin and working capital
* Commercial confidence and the ability to challenge constructively
