Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve annual sales targets across Arthrex's product portfolio.
* Provide leadership by example to an existing sales force that you will help guide and set targets for in line with the overall Australia commercial strategy
* Assist your team in meeting and exceeding set sales/commercial targets
* Support the operations function with sales forecasts and demand plan requirements
* Lead by example recruitment and retention within your team, performance management, development training, succession planning etc
* Drive inter-departmental cooperation with Operations, Marketing, Finance and other teams to ensure the successful execution of your strategy within Queensland
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed targets
2. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve commercial goals
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
4. Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
* A successful track record of sales success in Sports Medicine/Orthopaedics and cultivating successful surgeon relationships
* Demonstrated leadership traits or alternatively prior management of a team
* Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
* Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
* Ability to coordinate successfully across departments and implement and design successful territory business plans
