The Opportunity
This role is based in Melbourne, Australia on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Team Assistant will provide proactive, effective general administration assistance to Practice Executives, Lawyers and Senior Associates, delivering day-to-day support across a diverse range of tasks within the office.
Development is supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager, with a clear pathway to progress into a Practice Executive (Executive Assistant / Legal Secretary) role.
Responsibilities
As a Team Assistant you will:
Support Practice Executives and the team with administrative tasks and scheduling.
Prepare and manage documents, correspondence and reports.
Coordinate meetings, travel and event arrangements.
Maintain office supplies and liaise with external service providers.
Assist with onboarding of new staff and support general office operations.
Qualifications
Previous administration experience.
Proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and approachable manner at all times.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
