Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to deliver strong performance
Oversee goods inwards, warehousing, and dispatch operations
Maintain accurate stock levels and timely updates in GetQuickmail WMS
Liaise daily with 3PL clients and suppliers to ensure high satisfaction
Manage resources effectively, including casual labour and labour costs
Take ownership of warehouse layout, racking, stock bin locations, and equipment maintenance
Ensure OH&S compliance and maintain a clean, safe workplace
Contribute to the strategic growth of Quickmail’s 3PL services
Oversee rostering, inductions, and staff development
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading and coaching warehouse teams
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
Strong understanding of distribution and stocktake processes
Current forklift and driver’s licences
High attention to detail and pride in a job well done
Physically fit and committed to workplace safety
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved

Our Hiring Process

If successful, you’ll be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Managing Director, where we’ll talk about our company vision, culture, and team, and hear more from you.
Final stage candidates will attend a second face-to-face interview.
