Our client is currently seeking Leading Hands and Senior Operators to join their busy food manufacturing business located in Silverwater.

Duties include:
* Lead and motivate a team of production workers
* Organise daily tasks including training new staff
* Ensure daily production targets are met
* Coordinate changeovers, line setups and production transitions
* Report production issues to supervisors and maintenance teams
* Promote good manufacturing practices (GMP)
* Computer operation
* Handling pork and beef (raw and cooked)
To be successful for these positions, you will have:
* 2 years' experience working within a food manufacturing environment
* Previous supervisor experience preferred
* HACCP and GMP
* Availability to work afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, 2 pm starts
* Reliability and great work ethic
* Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
