Join the RegStar Program that will contribute to the fulfilment of the Future Transport 2056 Strategy vision by simplifying processes to improve customer satisfaction, build a reliable and robust information system to create efficiency benefits and enable access to better data leading to more effective regulation and overall improved customer and safety outcomes.
Reporting to Technology Transformation Lead and closely working with the Business Transformation team, you will provide project management leadership and delivery relating to the technology planning and implementation of the RegStar program.
You will be responsible for leading multi-functional project teams to undertake and drive project assessments, project management and delivery processes across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements. You will be working within a waterfall and agile project management frameworks to ensure projects are delivered to best practice standards, are commercially sound, meeting the needs of key stakeholders and deliver to the outcomes for RegStar.
Specifically, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Shared Capability Products underpinning regulatory services, including Payment Management, Product Management, Case Management (CSM), Communication Management, Compliance & Enforcement Management, Document & Template Management, Print Management, and Integrations.
You will also coordinate multi-squad delivery across microservices, third party platforms and API/integration tools, ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture, information security, and compliance standards.
This is a full-time fixed term Opportunity of up to 10 months Transport Senior Service Manager TSSM level role. Potential extension of employment terms might be available subject to project outcomes and further approval.

About you
You will bring:
* Demonstrated experience working at a senior or executive level in a complex organisation, delivering specialist and authoritative advice to executive leadership.
* Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to strategically lead, influence, promote and motivate highly skilled technical staff to deliver desired outcomes.
* Significant project management experience using Agile methodology across platforms and microservices at enterprise scale in a highly regulated environment.
* Track record managing complex, multi-vendor tech delivery.
* Demonstrated successful delivery across payments/billing, CRM/CSM (preferably Salesforce), document & template management (e.g., Objective, Computershare), and API gateway tooling (Kong/ACE).
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in leading a function within a high reliability / high risk working environment, a large and complex industrial and/or public sector organisation.
* Good problem-solving skills, with progressive and forward-thinking attitude.
* The ability to work in a matrix-style reporting environment where it is essential to have a good understanding of customer orientation and the operational demands that come with service delivery.
