Overview
We're looking for a proactive and customer‐focused Service Desk Support Officer to join our Technology team. Reporting to the Manager – Service Desk, you'll be responsible for delivering fast, effective Level 1 support across Fleetwood's technology environment.
In this role, you'll support end users with hardware, software and device issues, help maintain our technology standards, and contribute to improving processes, knowledge articles and digital awareness across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to helpdesk requests and resolve Level 1 technology issues in a timely, professional manner.
* Provide face‐to‐face and remote user support across hardware, software and mobile devices.
* Install, configure, repair and upgrade technology equipment.
* Visit sites to troubleshoot issues (interstate travel may be required).
* Maintain accurate incident records and recommend preventative measures.
* Deliver high‐quality customer service and communicate clearly with all business divisions.
* Support the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and process documentation.
* Assist in reducing technology and data risks by following standards and controls.
* Perform other duties aligned with your skills as required.
About you
* Experience with Microsoft technologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Logical, methodical approach to problem‐solving.
* Strong face‐to‐face and remote support capability.
* Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
* 2–3 years' experience in IT support preferred
* Experience with Intune, EUC/mobile device support and Microsoft Azure.
* Previous experience in a technology client support role.
* Relevant IT qualifications (diploma or degree) are advantageous but not essential.
