We are looking for a Service Advisor who can become the trusted link between our technicians and our clients.

About the Role
You will manage the entire customer journey — from first contact to vehicle collection — ensuring every client feels informed, confident and looked after.
You’ll be working alongside experienced technicians in a structured, process-driven workshop environment where quality matters more than speed.
This role suits someone who enjoys people, organisation and problem solving — and takes pride in doing things properly.
Your Responsibilities
* Booking vehicles and managing the daily schedule
* Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
* Explaining faults and repair recommendations in clear language
* Preparing estimates and authorisations
* Liaising with technicians and prioritising workflow
* Handling invoicing and vehicle handover
* Maintaining detailed job notes and documentation
* Following up outstanding work and future maintenance
* Delivering a premium customer experience every time
What We’re Looking For
You do not need to currently be a service advisor — but you must be organised, articulate and confident dealing with people.
Ideal backgrounds include:
* Automotive service advisor (dealership or independent)
* Parts interpreter wanting to move to front-of-house
* Workshop controller
* Someone mechanically minded who enjoys customer interaction
