Design Visionary Opportunity
As a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer, you will spearhead the design strategy and conduct a thorough audit of our existing app. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement, drawing inspiration from top health and consumer apps.
You will oversee the development of a comprehensive Figma design system, utilizing variables, tokens, and components to enhance our user experience. Additionally, you will document naming conventions to facilitate seamless engineering hand-offs.
Key responsibilities include designing multi-brand theming (white-label support) and exporting tokens for integration with our engineering team. You will also drive the implementation of gamification mechanics and glassmorphic UI solutions, ensuring accessibility and cross-platform parity.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor and coach our internal design team, providing daily feedback via voice memos or screen shares, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
