The Opportunity –
Novaskill, in partnership with CA Care Services, is offering a Disability Support Traineeship where you'll complete a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) over 24 months. This is your chance to earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience, receive formal training and build a rewarding career with a supportive team.
About the Role
As a trainee, you'll work closely with clients to provide compassionate care and support, including:
- Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care
- Supporting clients' independence and wellbeing
- Implementing care plans and activity programs
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Preparing and cooking meals

What You’ll Need
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for shift work (days/nights/weekends)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Check + Orientation Modules
- Physically fit and calm under pressure

Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience in disability, aged care, or independent support; report writing; leadership skills; and a willingness to learn.
