Our client is a Civil/Construction company and a Market Leader in their field who now have an opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join their expanding team on full-time basis. The Recruitment Administrator will provide support to various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment administration activities, including posting of job advertisements, employment agreements, employee files, reference checks and new starter packs.
* Assisting in induction and onboarding of new employees.
* Maintain employee compliance data including tickets/Licences, police checks and medicals etc.
* Booking flights and any further pre- mobilisation requirements like organising candidate's PPE.
* Photocopying, scanning, filing and faxing of documents.
* Data entry and document control.
* General administrative support to various entities in the company.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:
* Ambitious/motivated with a desire to succeed.
* Strong administration skills, with competency in Microsoft and other recruitment software highly desirable.
* High attention to detail and sharp memory recall.
* Confident and outgoing.
* Strong and calm under pressure.
* Great communicator at all levels.
