About the Role:
As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll provide personalised, in-home support to aged care clients, helping them maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life. No two days are the same - you'll be out in the community making a genuine impact.
You will:
* Provide person-centred care tailored to each client's goals and preferences
* Assist with personal care (e.g., showering, dressing, grooming)
* Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping
* Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
* Encourage independence, confidence, and social connection
* Work closely with case managers and families to deliver consistent care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who genuinely care about supporting older people.
You'll have:
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
* Experience working in home care or aged care
* A caring, respectful, and client-focused approach
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* A current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
* A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and a National Police Check
