We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Workshop Clerk to join our Burnie branch.
The Opportunity
As a Workshop Clerk, you will work closely with the Service Manager, Workshop Manager, and technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations. Your role includes managing repair orders, scheduling work, coordinating purchase orders and sublets, assisting with customer quotations, and maintaining vehicle records. You'll also support the workshop team, ensure housekeeping practices are maintained, and help identify opportunities to grow the business.
About You
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in your ability to communicate with both colleagues and customers. You can manage multiple tasks efficiently, follow processes accurately, and adapt quickly to new systems or procedures. A proactive, team-focused approach, combined with a strong willingness to learn, will help you thrive in this role. Previous experience in service administration, vehicle maintenance or costing, and logistics or scheduling is highly regarded.
