Fruit and Produce Account Manager - Sydney
About the Role
This is a senior account management position responsible for managing and growing established accounts in the nominated Sydney Southeast territory while developing new business through prospecting and new business development activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Retain and grow existing business, and actively seek new business
* Develop timely and accurate forecasts of customer requirements and carefully manage your territory utilizing CRM software
* Identify process improvement opportunities - be these in our own or in our customers' business
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across a range of disciplines
* Actively comply and contribute to OHS&E policies and procedures
Requirements
* Relevant skills & experience gained through Internal / External Sales, Customer Service, or Account management
* Experience in Packaging and/or Manufacturing would be highly regarded
* Experience in B2B sales would be highly regarded
* Exposure to customer relationship management systems (CRM) & well versed in the use of Microsoft products
* Autonomous with strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, solution focused
* Clear, personable communicator with exceptional negotiation and relationship building capability
